Delivery, Return and Refund Terms and Conditions

Thank you for shopping at Oktoberfest Originals.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to German Outdoor Furniture Ltd, 17 Upper Pitone Rd, New Plymouth.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Website.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Website refers to Oktoberfest Originals, accessible from www.oktoberfestoriginals.com and
    https://oktoberfest-originals.format.com/home
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Webpage and purchasing the Goods, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Webpage, as applicable.
  • Carrier means the company or individual assigned by Us to delivery the Goods to You.
  • Authority to Leave means the explicit or implicit permission granted by You to the Carrier to leave the Goods in a safe location on Your premises. 

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 2 hours from the time which We receive Your order.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing: info@oktoberfestoriginals.com

We will reimburse You no later than 10 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Orders for custom or made-to-order Goods are excluded from this cancellation policy and cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Delivery

Your Goods will be delivered to the address You provided in Your Order by Our assigned Carrier. By placing an Order your are granting us an Authority to Leave by default. This allows the Carrier to leave the Goods unattended at your premises. If you do not wish for your Goods to be left unattended you need to coordinate this with the Carrier.

We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen Good left with Authority to Leave.

Conditions for Returns

Goods can only be returned if they have arrived damaged. Claims for damage must be made as follows:

Before confirming receipt with the Carrier, You must verify that the entire shipment, as indicated in the carrier's documents, has been received. If there is a shortfall in the number of Goods ordered, this must be appropriately noted on the Carrier's documentation during the delivery of the goods. 

Before confirming receipt with the Carrier, You must visually inspect all Goods in the entire shipment for visible damages to the external packaging and, if possible damages to the Goods after unpacking. If there is a noticeable damage to the external packaging You should not accept the delivery of the Goods and refuse delivery. If you do not notice any visible damage to the external packaging or if you only notice visible damage to the external packaging after having accepted the goods or if the goods are damaged despite not having any visible damage to the external packaging, You need to notify Us within 24 hours of delivery. In the notification please include photo/video evidence of any damage to the Goods and the external packaging.

These conditions apply to all deliveries including those where the Goods have been left under an Authority to Leave by the Carrier and if someone else accepted the delivery on Your behalf. 

We reserve the right to refuse claims for returns of any Goods that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods
